This site is for engineers and DIY individuals to get products and help circulate their name. As such we feel it is not in our best interest to irritate customers and clients with many modern business practices such as mailing lists and opt-out based messaging. No one at our site will ever send users any correspondence that has not first been requested. Forms of request may include:
- Contacting customer service
- Placing an order
- Asking a question to any site administrators
- Some site related issue that directly is attached to the user
- Violations of site policy or behavior agreements
- Requests or information from moderators in relation to user provided content, feedback, or correction.
There may be some other unforeseeable reasons we may reach out to users, but know that it will never be for the purposes of harassment or advertisements. We will not request information from users that is not related to a transaction between the user and the organization either. First and foremost we want our clients to feel safe and secure and provide a safe place to conduct themselves.
